As recent owners of Southpark Meadows, we appreciate your concerns regarding the property and understand the impact the shopping center has on businesses and in the community. We are highly committed to Tenants success and providing the safest and best shopper experience at all of our centers around the country.
Over the past several months, Big V Property Group has identified multiple projects that will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience at Southpark Meadows and is focused on completing the following projects:
- New LED lights will be installed throughout the property - COMPLETED
- Music Meadows & Playground -rebrand and refreshed entertainment area (formally The Grove) and completely renovated planned improvements for the children's playground area (2 - year project) - COMPLETED
- Storm & Sewer Repairs
- Roof Replacement (4 - year project)
- Painting the Buildings (2 - year project)
- Replace and Renew the Landscaping (3 - year project)
- Parking Lot Paving (4 - year project)
